Touch Up for clients with Microblading done previously by another artist less than 12 months ago: $350. Colour correcting (ashy brows) - add $50. If you need a complete reshape of your brows, please book a First Session appointment. After that session, Touch Up prices will apply. More information regarding this under FAQ. It is recommended that your brows fade about 50% in colour before we can work over it. Please text me a clear photo of your brows prior to booking your appointment, or you might be turned away and lose your deposit if I cannot work on you. (250 619 4113)
Booking Online:
Go to the "Book Online" header on the website menu and select the service you want to book. Pick the date and time and fill in your details. Sometimes last minute appointments show up, so what is available on the calendar is what I have open. I work 7 days a week and weekend spots are very popular and limited. You will receive a Booking Confirmation email as well as an Appointment Reminder email 24 hours before. Check you junk email they might slip in there!

Consultations:
I do virtual consultations via text or email, unless there is something my FAQ section doesn't cover or if you have serious questions or concerns, please get in touch and I can schedule you to see me in person at my studio. I do not design a brow during consultations, but can advise you what technique will work on your skin and give you more information/do a patch test if required.

What are your cancellation or missed appointment policies?
Clients are able to reschedule appointments with more than 7 days notice prior to the appointment time if booked on a week day. Weekend appointments are NON REFUNDABLE.
There will be a $100 deposit charged at check out for First Sessions, and $50 for Touch Ups which is done by Square. This policy is for Permanent Make Up (PMU) like Microblading/Hybrid Brows only. We send out automated reminder emails and texts (no reply number) 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel due to potential COVID symptoms, I won't be able to reschedule you for another 10 days. If you No Show or cancel on the day (within 24 hours) of your appointment, 25% of your service fee will be added to your next appointment that has to be paid prior before rescheduling. I won't take on first time clients who No Show for any future appointments, or anyone who ignore my calls and messages, or clients who reschedule First Session appointments more than 3 times. If a client seems too nervous or unsure, want a very unnatural brow shape and colour, or has previous work that is too dark to work over, I have the right to decline working on them. If you No Show for a Brow Tint/Shape an extra $10 will be added to your bill if you rebook for a future appointment.
